Hello, I am Clara
I am an empty nester that now just dotes on my pups, loves walks in nature & time in my garden. My love for flower esssences started 5 years ago when I found myself thrown into a large plot twist of a severe health complication , flower essences, nature & kundalini yoga became my guiding light back into a healthier life.
The virtual flower cafe has been a few years in the making and I am beyond grateful to share it . this fun, whimsical seasonal experience combines all my passions and will be a soulful expererince.
From within, a world unfolds.
